The Harland - West Hollywood

and interiors by Marmol Radziner, prominently located on the border of West Hollywood and Beverly Hills. Featuring luxurious flats and townhomes at 702 N. Doheny Drive, between Santa Monica and Sunset Boulevards, The Harland’s sales and marketing are exclusively handled by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing.

“The Harland offers one-of-a-kind, casual, elegant living in the heart of West Hollywood,” said Faring CEO Jason Illoulian.

The one-, two- and three- bedroom flats, including penthouses and three-bedroom townhomes range from 1,500- to over 3,100 square-feet. The townhomes feature a double-height great room with expansive ceiling heights. The Harland emphasizes indoor-outdoor living with floor-to-ceiling glass walls that open onto expansive private outdoor terraces and patios. Each unit highlights grandly proportioned private outdoor spaces. Penthouse residences and select townhomes include expansive rooftop terraces appointed with shaded pergolas, integrated planters, wood decking and an outdoor kitchen with sink and gas barbeque. These exclusive units also offer panoramic views of the Hollywood Hills and the Los Angeles and Century City downtown skylines.

“The distinctive architecture and finely crafted interiors of the Harland combined with the richly detailed and expansive amenities offer residents an experience unlike any other in West Hollywood,” said DM Development CEO Mark MacDonald. “Within walking distance to some of the neighborhood’s best restaurants, retail stores and nightlife, the Harland’s location is ideal for those who want access to the best that WeHo and Beverly Hills has to offer with the convenience of a lock-and-leave lifestyle.”

The Harland is a collaboration between R&A Architecture + Design and Marmol Radziner. Individually created and impeccably appointed, each home exhibits a refined, yet timeless, mid-century modern aesthetic vocabulary.

"At The Harland we were looking to design an icon for our times”, said Christian Robert, Co-Founder, Principal. "A residence that captures the quintessential lifestyle experiences of the Case Study House Series with sculptural elements, exquisite detailing and an indoor-outdoor vibe that will bring a sense of vitality and status to the neighborhood."

The luxe minimalist California Modernism kitchens envisioned by Marmol Radziner were handcrafted by Poliform in Northern Italy and include custom walnut cabinetry with integrated hardware, Calacatta-honed and book-matched marble slab countertops and backsplash, German manufactured Miele appliances including side-by-side refrigerator/freezers, speed and convection ovens, 5-burner gas cooktops and wine refrigerators. Wide-plank European flooring runs throughout each home. Select residences have a kitchen island finished with a Calacatta marble waterfall.

“The Harland-West Hollywood is addressing buyers’ needs in Los Angeles for high-end homes in walkable areas, with an elevated level of design and vertical living, so we have not been surprised by the early interest in the project,” said Cory Weiss, President of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing’s Western Region. “We anticipate increased interest over the upcoming months.”

The Harland’s architecture focuses on an undulating façade along Doheny Drive with custom bronze metal screens, and an elegant arrangement of decorative screening on the townhomes lining Harland and Keith Avenues. The building is arranged around a large internal and private landscaped courtyard which is designed to act as an extension of the residences themselves and provide direct access to the amenity areas.

A curated collection of amenities provides a selection of social, lifestyle and wellness offerings. The Harland’s entertainment lounge is furnished with a Carrara marble and brass-detailed bar, a walnut pool table, private dining room and exhibition kitchen, plus a screening room, two-lane Brunswick designed bowling alley and a state-of-the-art fitness center with adjoining yoga studio.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, just blocks from the vibrant Sunset Strip and Beverly Hills, 702 N. Doheny Drive is one of the most coveted addresses in West Hollywood.
