The Altman Brothers Join Sales Team For The Harland-West Hollywood

Josh, Matt and Heather Altman, the stars of BRAVO’S Million Dollar Listing LA and founders of The Altman Brothers at Douglas Elliman have joined the sales team for the new West Hollywood luxury development. Developed by Faring and DM Development with architecture by Office Untitled and interiors by Marmol Radziner, The Harland-West Hollywood includes 37 luxurious townhomes and flats at 702 N. Doheny Drive, between Santa Monica and Sunset Boulevards.

The Harland-West Hollywood attracts immidiate attention with its modern architecture distinguished by an undulating façade along Doheny Drive with custom bronze metal screens and an elegant arrangement of decorative wooden screening on the townhomes lining Harland and Keith Avenues.

The building is arranged around a large internal and private landscaped courtyard. It offers one-, two- and three- bedroom flats, including penthouses and three-bedroom townhomes ranging from 1,500 to over 3,100 square-feet. The townhomes feature a double-height great room with soaring ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass walls that open onto expansive private outdoor terraces and patios.  Penthouse residences and select townhomes include spacious rooftop terraces furnished with shaded pergolas, integrated planters, wood decking and outdoor kitchens with sinks and gas barbeques. 16 of the 37 units at the Harland offer dramatic, private rooftops.

Designed by Marmol Radziner, the modernist kitchens were handcrafted by Poliform in Northern Italy and include custom walnut cabinetry with integrated hardware, Calacatta-honed and book-matched marble slab countertops and backsplashes. They are outfitted with Miele appliances including side-by-side refrigerators/freezers, speed and convection ovens, 5-burner gas cooktops and wine refrigerators. Select residences have a kitchen island finished with a Calacatta marble waterfall.

The building has a curated collection of amenities: entertainment lounge with a Carrara marble, brass-detailed bar, a walnut pool table; private dining room and exhibition kitchen; a screening room; two-lane Marmol Radziner designed bowling alley; a state-of-the-art fitness center with adjoining yoga studio. The building also features 9 semi-private elevators and a 24/7 doorman.
