Ms. Dignan is a Co-Founding Principal of DM Development and serves in the role of Chairman. She is involved in all phases of the real estate development process with a focus on finance, operations, and investor relations. Prior to founding DM Development, Ms. Dignan was the Founder and Principal of Dignan Development, a San Francisco based real estate development company.
Ms. Dignan's background also includes more than a decade of teaching leadership and she is a USCG licensed captain. She serves on the boards of the San Francisco Waldorf School and the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS). Ms. Dignan holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Rhode Island.
