300 De Haro is a transformative affordable housing development in San Francisco’s Potrero Hill neighborhood that will deliver 425 thoughtfully designed homes for the city’s workforce. Originally entitled as a mixed-income project, it has been reimagined as 100% affordable housing to address the growing need for attainable living options in a transit-rich, centrally located community.

Designed by BAR Architects, the building will feature efficient studio residences complemented by shared amenities including a rooftop lounge, landscaped open space, fitness and co-working areas, and ground-floor retail. 300 De Haro reflects DM Development’s commitment to design excellence, innovation, and expanding housing opportunity in San Francisco.
